 Second visit.

In the morning we are getting up very early to visit again. Just the two of us. We have to be there at 9am. So that means leaving about 7am. I am not morning person. But this is important so I will make an excepting.

Terri called him tonight. She tells me that he got into trouble today. I am sure I will hear about it tomorrow. I am worried about him. He is very immature and has a lot of trouble relating to his own age group. I am going to try to make him understand that he HAS to follow the rules and do as he is told, or they could possibly keep him there longer.

If he wants to be able to get out of the unit he is in, he has to conform. I was told 1 - 2 months is that normal time they spent there to learn to get along on the campus. But they can keep them there longer.

This is going to be very hard for him. I know they are going to put him through a complete psychological evaluation and try to determine what makes him tick. That is an answer I would really appreciate!!! they may even change him medications. That is OK too. I just want him to heal and be able to survive in the world.

Well, I am off to bed.

Oh to be a fly on the wall...

Yes, Terri is back. She is cussing like a sailor because she does not like dial up at all. Oh Well, not my problem. I had dial up for year. I can understand, but that is all..

Billy got to face his father for the first time in two year today. Grandpa took him from here to Seattle, in the King County Courthouse to see him. His father had a court hearing because he hasn't paid support. He is only about $40 Grand behind. I think it is time the State took him in on contempt.

Needless to say, Billy is in a much better mood tonight. I think he got a load off his chest. At least I hope so. Grandpa just backed off and let Billy handle it. Last time this happened, Billy all but chewed him a new - you know what!!!

It is just amazing how many time a child will let a parent hurt them..

Bye for now,
Granny

 I Give UP!!!

I talked with Terri this morning and she was on line. She is having trouble getting into her blog so I told her to come here and say HI!!! Did she do that??? NOT!!! And I have no idea why. I didn't even get an email with he new address.

So I give up.. We will all have contact when she finally figures it all out.

Bye,
Granny

 Topsy Turby Weekend.

Friday night we went to the Fair. It was fun for a change. Billy got to go do what he wanted and we did what we wanted. We met up a couple time. Of course he wanted more money both times. Big surprise. But we had planned on that so it was OK. We all came home dead on our feet!! But everyone was in a good mood.

Saturday was a quiet day of rest and recouperation. No arguments about anything. It was the type of day we need.

Then we get to Sunday. We went to visit Branden. Billy had to wear the long, baggy, black, chain covered pants he had bought for himself. I all but begged him not to wear them. He wore tham anyway. So when we get to the institution, He has to remove all the chains and roll up him pants to cover the skulls on the lower pockets. (I was doing a TEE HEE to myself.) I asked him if he understood now why I had asked him not to wear them!!

We finally get in and are visiting. The two boys start digging at each other. They were not going to stop. Finally, Billy let fly with a few totally uncalled for and cruel statements and Branden lost it. He threw the deck of cards he had in his hands. But, because of his action that was the end of his visit. He had to leave the room and return to him. I was in tears. We had only been able to visit for about 40 minutes. We have removed Billy from the approved list and will never take him again. It is not worth it to have him deliberately hurt Branden.

WE had asked him to come to show support for his brother. Well, if that was support, we don't need it. Grandpa says that Billy needs to write an apology to Branden. I am going to let him handle that.

Personally, I have been hurt enough for one weekend. I am just over the edge. We are planning to go again on Saturday, just the two of us.

That's it for tonight.
Watch for a surprise soon,
Granny
