In WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of
people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed
hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace. There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America.

If you would like to participate, each evening at 9:00 PM Eastern
Time(8:00 PM Central) (6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing
and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, and for a Godly nation. If you know anyone who would like to participate, please pass this along.

Someone said if Christians really understood the full extent of the
power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless. Our
prayers are the most powerful asset we have. Together, we can make a difference!

I was just reading some of the other blogs and there are some I would love to just hug. Those who write and share their pain. Thank you and God bless you. Sharing helps us who are not living your life understand a little better. To those who share their hurts, remember that you are loved. To those who are hurting for someone else, remember prayer.

No, I am not going to preach. I just believe very strongly that God is the answer. I want to share that as much as sharing my pains and depression and worry. I thank all my new friends for allowing me to share, and who share with me so I realize I am not alone. That is a very good feeling.

So I am sending big hugs to all. Thank you so very much.

Finally, a doctor is going to try to help Grandpa! We had gone to his currently assigned doctor at Group Health. We couldn't pronounce his name and he was not real good at English. So "go home, take Tylenol" didn't get it.

I discovered that we now have some choices nearer to home. We picked out one and went today. I had heard many good reports about this doctor. We were not disappointed. Our new doctor was not happy to hear that this has been going on for over 5 weeks and no one has taken any films of Grandpa's back. This doctor is sending him for an MRI to see what is going on. If it is not a disc problem, then Grandpa we be sent to physical therapy. Finally something is being done.

So everyone cross your fingers and pray that help is on the way.
