Tomorrow we drive up to Miss Terri's for Skyler's 3rd birthday party. Where did that time go??? Then on Sunday we get to drive about 90 minutes the other direction to go to my son's house to celebrate his "40th" birthday. OMG!!! How did he get so old????
That is how my weekend off will be. Rush, rush, rush...

OK, that is what I get for birthing 4 children and then marrying a man with three more. Lots, of birthdays...

CAN'T GET OUT:
An airline captain was breaking in a very pretty new stewardess. The route they were flying had a stay-over in another city. Upon arrival the captain showed the stewardess the best place for airline personnel to eat, shop and stay overnight.

The next morning as the pilot was preparing the crew for the day's route, he noticed the new stewardess was missing. He knew which room she was in at the hotel and called her up wondering what happened to her.

She answered the phone, crying and said she couldn't get out of her room. "You can''t get out of your room?" the captain asked, "Why not?" The stewardess replied "There are three doors in here," she sobbed, "one is the bathroom, one is the closet, and one has a sign on it that says "DO NOT DISTURB!"

Now, tell me you were ready for that!!!

I thought that one was really cute...
OK, I am done for tonight... OH... The Mariners WON today....

About time... Take care all and have a great weekend.

I love baseball - I didn't grow up with baseball as a kid = there were no kid's baseball teams where I grew up in Canada - just north of you. I didn't learn the game until my sons were in Little League here in Phoenix (although we did go to a few Blue Jays games when we lived in Toronto). I actually coached with a very good coach who taught me the science of the game. It is much more fun when you know the 'science' of the game. I actually had several winning seasons as a coach!
