Today was an all day play day.  I hoped for no injuries, but that wasn't to be.  At least they were minor.  It is going to seem strange not to go rushing off to work.  But I think I will be able to deal with it.  tomorrow, is a half day for the students.  Then I will be able to get everything wrapped up and put away. 

It is hard to wrap my brain around the fact that Branden will be a "Senior" next fall.  Where did all those years go??  Come Sept. we will start all over with the stress of getting him to do his assignments.  Oh well, such is life. 

I just heard from the special ed teacher at Billy's high school.  I had contacted her telling her my observations watching him try to finish up the work sent home to him to save some credits.  She is in agreement, and some changes will be taking affect come Sept.  Hopefully, this will be better for him.  I also had a good conversation will the Behavioral Intervention Specilist for the district.  What happened to him when he went from strongly supported classes in middle school, to no support in high school, should never have happened.  He was just dropped flat and left to flounder.  Now, just maybe, we can go back and get him going again.  Anyway that is my pray.
